Join experienced practitioners Aamnah Husain and Lisa De Ruiter and for the ‘Relationship Trauma – Support Group’ designed for women aged 21+. This support group provides a safe and supportive environment to understand, process and aid healing from harmful relationship dynamics.
Meeting every Tuesday from 6-7pm, participants will:
- Cultivate empathy, acceptance, and respect
- Gain understanding of abuse and trauma
- Strengthen their voice and support others
- Build self-confidence and self-worth
- Access helpful resources for recovery
