Introducing COTHÚ: Parent Autism Training Programme

This programme is for parents who want to understand their child, not change them. It is designed for parents of autistic children of any age, at any stage, including before a diagnosis.
The programme includes 5 weekly sessions plus 1 follow-up, delivered in a live small-group format with Dr Dan. It offers 15+ hours of expert insight, support and connection, as well as quarterly group sessions with ongoing access to Dr Dan and the COTHÚ community.
Dr Dan Sheppard is a Clinical Psychologist and Neurodiversity Specialist, with dual doctorates in Autism and Clinical Psychology and 20 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and families.

Dr Dan Sheppard is a Clinical Psychologist and Neurodiversity Specialist, with dual doctorates in Autism and Clinical Psychology and 20 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and families.
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (University of Edinburgh)
• PhD in Autism (Radboud University Nijmegen)
• MSc in Psychology (University of Hertfordshire)
• UK-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): 8 years teaching experience
