Dr Ashleigh Wilson is a highly experienced Educational Psychologist with over 12 years of experience supporting children and young people across education and local authority settings in the UK and internationally. She works with children, adolescents, families, and schools to support learning, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and development, using evidence-based and compassionate psychological practice.
Dr Ashleigh completed her Doctorate in Applied Educational Psychology at Newcastle University and holds an honours degree in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University. She is trained in a wide range of psychological assessment and therapeutic approaches and is committed to making psychology accessible, practical, and meaningful for families and educators.
Dr Ashleigh has extensive experience working with children and young people presenting with learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental differences, emotional and behavioural challenges, anxiety, low self-esteem, and social communication needs. She is particularly skilled in translating complex psychological theory into clear, actionable strategies that can be embedded across home and school environments.
