Experience
I am a qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist from South Africa with over a decade of experience providing clinical care and training in government clinics, hospitals, tertiary academic contexts, and private practice.
Painful feelings and problems are part of being alive. Throughout life, we face both internal and external demands that may bring us to therapy—pressures from a stressful work environment, major life transitions, relationship strain, trauma, or unprocessed emotional pain.
Within a confidential and authentic therapeutic relationship, there is space to explore and address the pain, grief, and potential for growth that arise from life’s challenges and the search for meaningful solutions.
Psychotherapy aims to support a fuller understanding of yourself, and with that, the opportunity to live a more fulfilling life – one that is more closely aligned with your true nature and needs.
