My academic background in psychology and business management informs me how I approach my work. It keeps me mindful of confidentiality as a principle rather than a procedure, aware of the context our patients are walking into, and attentive to the fact well-run clinic is part of how people feel cared for; part of how people feel looked after, even before they meet their clinician. I take the work of supporting our team seriously, because it is how our patients, their families, and our colleagues experience the Centre at its best. I am known by my team to have great attention to details.
