Our Treatment Policy

Confidentiality

Everything shared in therapy is held in strict confidence, within the limits of professional ethics and UAE law. We only share information with your consent—except in rare circumstances where there is a legal or safety requirement to do so. Our team can talk you through this.

Professional Boundaries

Therapy works best when the space remains clearly defined. Our clinicians follow professional codes that avoid dual relationships (e.g., being both your therapist and your friend) to ensure the space remains safe, focused, and in service of your wellbeing.

Informed Consent

Before beginning, you will be asked to read and sign a consent form that outlines the nature of therapy, potential benefits and limitations, confidentiality policy, and your rights as a client. This is part of our commitment to transparency and respectful care.

Diagnosis (if needed)

If a clinical diagnosis is needed (e.g., for insurance purposes), this will be discussed with you openly. At our clinic, use ICD-10 diagnostic standards, but to understand you is our priority.
