Your Rights & Responsibilities
We view therapy as a shared space, shaped by both therapist and client. We are here to support, but also to collaborate.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Be treated with dignity, honesty, and compassion.
- Understand your treatment and participate in shaping it.
- Ask questions and express concerns at any stage.
- End therapy whenever you wish, with or without explanation.
- Request access to your records, or support in finding alternate care if needed.
- Expect privacy, professionalism, and high-quality care.
Your Responsibilities
We ask you:
- Arrive on time and let us know in advance if you need to cancel.
- Engage with the process openly, at whatever pace feels right to you.
- Provide accurate information about your mental and physical health.
- Pay fees on time and ask questions if anything feels unclear.
