My Approach & Services Offered
Having worked in various outpatient settings including government mental health entities and private clinics, I am passionate about inclusivity and incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs.
I believe that therapy at its core should be non-judgmental and collaborative, emphasising compassion and acceptance to foster a supportive therapeutic environment. In my experience, creating a strong therapeutic relationship will not only help to facilitate an environment where my clients feel supported and safe in addressing challenges, but are also empowered to integrate their experiences in a positive direction, ultimately further enhancing personal resilience and growth.
