Claire Colder

DHCC Counsellor

My 13 years of experience as a psychologist have reinforced a strong conviction that individuals may need the support of a psychologist at some stage in their life, whether it is because they are suffering from mental health troubles, they are facing difficult or traumatic events or they are seeking a greater sense of fulfilment in their life.

My interest is to use psychotherapeutic treatments to make a significant contribution to what each of us may be looking for at certain point of their life: for example pain reduction, authenticity, self awareness, a greater sense of happiness and freedom, the opportunity to live a balanced life and harmonious relationships.

I believe in a holistic approach to mental care and in the importance of tailoring my contribution to each individual specific need.

At The Psychiatry and Therapy Centre, I provide one to one psychological counselling and psychotherapy with psychoanalytical understanding to adults and adolescents, in a non-judgemental and confidential setting.
